Using this website

You may browse the site and use it to buy and download template kits. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to extract content at scale.

Accounts

An account is required to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Sharing account credentials so that others can access purchased files is not permitted.

Purchases

Prices are shown in US dollars. A purchase gives you a license to use the kit under the terms of the License Agreement. It does not transfer ownership of the kit or its underlying design.

Products listed as Coming Soon are shown for information and cannot be purchased until their files are complete.

At launch, Liberty Web Kits sells to customers in the United States only. Selling into a single territory does not remove or limit any federal law, state law, consumer-protection right, privacy right or other mandatory right that applies to your purchase.

Intellectual property

The template kits, this website, its design, text and images are owned by Liberty M Studio LLC, trading as Liberty Web Kits, or its licensors. Your purchase grants the rights set out in the License Agreement and nothing more.

Prohibited use

• Redistributing, reselling or sublicensing the kit files.
• Re-uploading kits to other marketplaces or file-sharing services.
• Repackaging a kit as a competing template product.
• Sharing account credentials or download links publicly.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or because of factors outside our control.

Disclaimers

Template kits are provided as design and development resources. You are responsible for how you use them, for the content you add, and for meeting any legal requirements that apply to the website you build.

Limitation of liability

Termination

Accounts that breach these terms or the License Agreement may be suspended or closed. Licenses granted for purchases made before termination continue subject to the License Agreement.

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Who you are contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Liberty M Studio LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Colorado, United States, trading as Liberty Web Kits.
