Information you give us

Account information

To buy a template kit you need an account. Creating one stores your email address and the details you enter, so that your purchases stay linked to you and your downloads remain available later.

Order information

When you place an order we store what you bought, when, the amount, and the billing details required to complete the transaction and meet record-keeping obligations.

Contact form submissions

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, topic, optional order number and message you submit are stored so we can respond. They are not used for marketing and are not sold.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the hosting platform records technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, in server logs used for security and diagnosing faults.

Separately from those server logs, this site runs login-abuse protection that records the IP address of failed and blocked sign-in attempts in the website’s own database, so repeated attempts can be rate-limited and blocked. This protection currently runs locally on this website: these IP addresses are not transmitted to the plugin vendor’s cloud service, which is not configured on this site. The records are kept only for as long as they are needed for that purpose.

This site does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

Payment information

Payments on this site are handled by Stripe. The official WooCommerce Stripe payment integration is connected and is currently operating in test mode. Live payments are not enabled, and the products listed as Coming Soon cannot be purchased at present.

When payment functionality is used, the payment details you enter are collected and processed by Stripe. Liberty Web Kits does not receive or store complete card numbers on this website. This site stores a reference identifying the payment, together with the order it belongs to, so that orders and refunds can be matched to a transaction.

Stripe processes payment information under its own terms. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

Information is shared only with the services required to run the site — hosting, email delivery, and Stripe for payment processing. It is not sold or traded. No analytics service, advertising network or AI service receives customer or visitor data from this website.

Your rights

At launch this store sells to customers in the United States only. Selling into a single territory does not remove or limit any federal, state, consumer-protection or privacy right that applies to you.
